Knowledge VS Understanding.

I meet literate and knowledgeable people very often)

For me knowledge is experienceю I recently came across a mathematician's TED talk, caught a thread, then a few dozen more times my brain stumbled over the meaning of the phrase about understanding and knowledge.

After I started structuring everything I noticed that a lot of people don't understand, as simple as that word sounds. They don't understand how they get results and how to develop them, technology advances, their knowledge becomes old and it's crazy stressful to accept new ones and they hang on to what they have in experience, work and little by little realize they are dying out....

Authority and accomplishments slow down the «aging effect» a bit, they get invited to stages, they show a lot of cool charts and numbers, but they also realize that the new small and hustling ones are tearing them to shreds. Somewhere on the other side of the planet, now someone may have written a piece of code that will wipe them off the list of players on the market.

Over the last year I have worked with my own developments and «touched the brain» of these companies, whose total turnover is more than 72 000 000 $ a year. There are some companies with which I have not worked yet, but the co-owner sometimes consults me about the logic of work. The turnover of this project is over 2 000 000 $ a day. I am very pleased for the trust.

Some companies I started from scratch together with the owners, they call me an indirect founder in internal chats.

When they tell me that I may not have enough experience, I smile a little at heart) With all due respect to the experience of adults, but I have learned to divide owners into those who understand and those who once knew and still live on it with working capital and paltry profits in interest, but enough to live on...

Company 1 - 200 000 * 27 * 12

Company 2 - 15 000 000 * 12

Company 3 - 400 000 * 27 * 12

Company 4 - 1 550 000 000

Company 6 - 1,500,000 * 12

I cannot, because of the NDA, give the names of the companies. Figures close to the actual at the moment, each of the owners will recognize themselves among them.

These are the companies with which we worked above the level of just working out the patterns, and where I worked out everything inside 2019-2020 years.

One of my goals was to confirm the theory of the work and influence pattern I found in 2018 year.

Everything is changing, dear owners. Everyone who has read the text and understands what I mean, try to look at your business from different angles, because I hear your understanding in product and production every time. But a business is not just about product, production, or sales. It's a lot of resources, interconnected processes.

I've already given to the masses the first volumes of data, which may look old, but work in a completely new way, they have a mathematical pattern inside, and mathematics appeals to notions of truth. And the truth, no matter how you spin it, is always the same.

I understand that 80% of the companies listed above, will shrink in the next 5-10 years and the worst thing is that the owners understand it too. Some have already moved out of the market's top positions and have no further control over the decline. Their core is not working properly, and its redesign - it's like a house changing the foundation and not touching it with your hands. Such changes are a few years long, but if you want to be represented even in 20 years, you still have to go the ways you didn't go before…

The companies I've worked with know and understand that I have to provide all the data. From the owner to the last contractor, to me laying everything out. So I have a crazy amount of experience pumped into me from two years of working on the system.

Many more small companies that invited top managers for meetings to assess the development scenarios of these companies, with the hope that I will point out something that they have not noticed before from their own angles...

If you wish, you can invite me for any of your meetings. You will see the power of a rational approach to data. It often looks like with doctors who have all the tests and insights on hand...I'd rather know the exact picture than the embellished possibilities.

I always think first HOW, it's about understanding. I structure everything first, then spin it from different angles, consider dozens of scenarios, combine the data and very often this gives an understanding of probabilities, and as mathematicians know, probabilities can be influenced.

With this post I wanted to write that it is meaningless to fill your head with knowledge if you do not understand the basic, fundamental laws, how everything is built.

Good luck with understanding everyone!
