Why do we need mathematicians in a company?

We are all used to perceiving information and other resources in 3D - mobile devices, apps, household services, things, etc... We are accustomed to it and our brains are normally wired for it. It thinks about it out of experience, picks up unseen aspects from memory/intuition and gives us a picture of the «whole» to make decisions - whether we need it or not, or how to use it. This makes us very different from animals and makes us, in comparison, «smart». Yes, it is so in my mind. But I also understand that humans are our «visual 3D perception» applied to the management of companies or other resources as well, it seems easier to us...

Yes, it's easier to use and communicate about something)) But we understand that entrepreneurship is all about creating those very 3D objects, not just sales, promotion or finance.

Your entire company is a huge resource/object that everyone sees as one. But the question «How to manage it?» does not go anywhere and it is not the users' task, but the company's. And here begins different scenarios: either you put everything out of cubes (3D) or out of planes (2D). The second option is more complicated and boring for visualists, because we, having laid everything out on planes, do not stop and start laying out planes on components, and components even further and even to 1 and 0.

Mathematicians understand that any problem is solved by decomposing «WHAT WE HAVE» into small components, finding patterns, and selecting or creating methods. Your companies are no different from mathematical problems. There is the «WHAT WE HAVE» and there is the «WHAT TO DO», the unknown in between. Yes, there will still be a question of possible results, they can be high and low, but let's not talk about that here.

And so, we «what we have» decompose into components, see which of these components can be replaced, so that, putting back together the object, you get the desired result (better than it was before) Better than it was before - it's not just money. It's sometimes just a higher predictability index, or the probability that the company will work and without the owners as CEO. The stress level of the object - all indicators that can improve with the formula that I developed:

Indicator = (resources + processes) /2.

We have laid this methodology at the core of our methodology with it, I see through the companies. We present information a little bit difficult because everything is very detailed and not always simple in terms of money. Because money is influenced by a lot of indicators, in fact.

Vymex is designed so that mathematicians can take any object/indicator in the company, decompose it from 3D into 2D. Then keep control of all those planes, take everything apart into even smaller parts with ease, reassemble it all back into 3D objects with high speed and low cost, which our consumers end up using.

And yes, I haven't seen a single big company that doesn't have a mathematician hidden somewhere in the mix.

Anyone who wants serious results - you have to think about math and understand that math is not about multiplying, dividing or equals…

Mathematics is all about solving problems, finding patterns, and developing methods that automate everything. To be spectacular, handsome, and outwardly strong - this also works, and everyone sees it; it's not a shame to appear on stage with such a person. But tomorrow there will be a new one who is younger, more handsome and modern. Your credibility will quickly fade.

Mathematics has no authority, there is a formula and a method, which can only be shifted by coming up with a stronger formula or method. Think about your goals and constituents.
