Basic and project results.

At the very beginning of their development, all companies go through a similar path. No matter the niche or country, they set up basic needs to manage the company. These are team communication, hiring/firing people, file sharing and storage, task management, instructions...

When there are 1-5 people in the company, everything is easy enough to control. There is no large volume of information and tasks, and communication is not difficult either.

As companies scale and increase their team, they face the challenges of proper communication and a clear structure for getting results. The success of such companies will depend directly on how properly they set up the implementation of basic needs. Everyone goes through this stage, whether they realize it or not. In the usual structuring model, the business is faced with questions of appropriate software, file storage, how to share them, whether there are job descriptions for new employees. It sounds simple, but this is where a lot of problems arise, because there is no such functionality. Often they assemble it out of free software that someone has to set up. There is nomutual understanding between people of how a company is built and what goes into it.

We understand company management as a combination and exchange of all resources of various forms between people. It can be tasks, information which spreads among people and produces a result in the form of a completed task or project. It doesn't matter if it's financial management or software development.

In companies with 50+ employees, the amount of information and resources is only increasing. If they don't have a clear and well-organized logic, things get more complicated. With too much information, productivity is lost and results are not at all what is needed to meet company goals or compete.

In our ecosystem, we have clearly decomposed the results into two components: basic and project-based.

Basic Results.

Basic results are formed based on a clear structure and right company resources. Vymex works according to the same logic as smartphones - we created our own ecosystem, which we filled with the basic applications any company needs:

  • creating a company and jointly nominally owning it with other people;
  • structuring the company;
  • finding and hiring employees;
  • task manager;
  • messenger that stores your employee's correspondence history for the company;
  • file storage;
  • knowledge base for employees;
  • payroll issuing and counting;
  • counting the results of all employees into one company result;
  • etc.

Whereas previously all of these functions were covered by different applications and services, now everything you need is in one application, which makes it very easy to communicate within the team, store data, and monitor company results. All of this is convenient because the results are collected in one or more numbers from the CEO and it can easily be decomposed to see what they consist of. Hiring is made easier with a verified resume in the app. You submit an offer and, if mutually agreed, you start the job. All information and instructions are stored on the SU with described processes and instructions. The onboarding process is easier and faster.

It helps the founders of the company to focus on more global issues, tracking only the dynamics of the company.

Project results

Everyone's project results are individual. It all depends on type of activity and goals the company sets for itself. It can be CRM systems, applications and programs to realize these goals.

Obtaining project results is based on properly configured basic needs, which Vymex has accommodated and described all mathematically.

Analyzing a large number of companies on the market and their mistakes, we can say that in the first year of business existence, its proper functionality lays the foundation of companies fate.
