How do I change the distribution of shares between owners?

There are two ways.

  1. Share transfer. In the "Share management" card, a co-owner offers their share or part of it to another Vymex user and confirms the action with a code. The recipient sees the offer on the home page, reads the "Co-ownership terms" and accepts or declines it. You can cancel your offer until it is accepted.
  1. Share dilution. "Corporate Settings" → "Share distribution" → "Dilute shares". Everyone's shares decrease proportionally, and a free share (Not ID) appears. The decision is made by voting. Then, in a separate voting, the co-owners choose whom to give it to (for example, a new investor) or return it to the owners.
