Can the company manager suspend or delete the company?
No. Suspending, resuming and deleting the company are decisions made only by the co-owners in vHold (fundamental: ≥75% of capital and ≥66% of participants). If there is only one owner, they do it themselves.
How it works:
- first the company is suspended — it is "frozen": share transfers and other changes are unavailable, and vHub opens with a warning;
- only a suspended company can be deleted. "Delete permanently" requires confirming your identity with an SMS code — so that no one can delete the company while you are away from your computer;
- after deletion, the company disappears from vHub, and old links show "The company no longer exists".
This separation keeps the boundary between managing the company as an object (vHold) and daily work (vHub).
