What is a Not ID (free share)?

A Not ID is a share of the company that currently belongs to no one. It appears after share dilution, when a co-owner has given up their share, or when they have not logged in to Vymex for a year.

A Not ID is part of the total capital (thresholds and quorum are calculated from it), but it does not vote.

What can be done with it (by voting):

  • "Specify recipient" — any Vymex user; they accept the share or decline it, in which case it becomes free again;
  • "Return to owners" — in proportion to their shares.
