How does Vymex help attract investment?
Vymex has no dedicated tools for finding investors. But there is a mechanism for bringing an investor into the company: share dilution. The co-owners allocate a free share by voting and, in a separate voting, transfer it to the investor — who accepts it on the Vymex home page after reviewing the "Co-ownership terms".
In addition, Vymex makes the company easier for an investor to understand:
- transparent shares, roles and structure;
- co-owners' decisions are recorded rather than kept as verbal agreements;
- you can see who is responsible for what, and the income and expense plan by role.
Vymex is not a financial platform and does not record the investor's payment — money and legal registration are handled outside the system.
