What do company owners control?
Owners are responsible for what determines the integrity and stability of the company as a system:
- the distribution of shares and new co-owners;
- appointing and changing the company manager (the CEO role) and their salary;
- the company name;
- suspending, resuming and deleting the company;
- the Corporate Agreement — if they decide to enable it.
All of this happens in vHold.
The company manager chosen by the owners receives the CEO role in vHub and builds the role structure, tasks, instructions, budget — everything related to daily work.
Roughly speaking: the owners create and maintain the "container" in which the company exists, and the manager manages its contents.
