Can co-owners vote to remove one of the co-owners?
No. Owning a share is a voluntary right, and a share cannot be taken away by force, even by a collective voting.
A share passes to someone else only in these ways:
- the co-owner transfers it themselves or uses "Give up share";
- the co-owner does not log in to Vymex for a year — then their share becomes free (with warnings 30, 7 and 1 day in advance), and the others decide by voting what to do with it.
Share dilution reduces everyone's shares proportionally but does not deprive anyone of their share.
