How do I manage the company profile and settings?

Company settings are in the vHub "Control Center" (the button with sliders next to "Create module" on the dashboard, or the last item in the "⋯" menu). The CEO role has access to all sections; other roles are granted access separately.

Sections:

  • "Company profile" — photo, phone, address, "About the company", fields of activity;
  • "System Settings" — currency, rounding of amounts, country and work calendar, the salary change rule, "External AI" (only the CEO can turn it on);
  • "Billing" — balance, top-ups, AI tokens, balance history;
  • "Access" — who sees and changes what;
  • "Storage and files" — capacity, used space, data export;
  • "Company employees" and "Company co-owners";
  • "Modules" — the AI builder for custom modules;
  • "AI agents" — in development.

The company name, suspension, resumption and deletion are changed only by the co-owners in vHold.
