Does vHub measure employee performance?
No. vHub does not rate people: performance is a subjective measure that depends heavily on context.
What vHub does:
- stores tasks, instructions, files and change history within the role;
- shows what exactly was done, by whom and when;
- provides transparency and structure, but does not judge the person.
The only rating in the system is the "Rating against the role's goals" for inventory items: it is about how useful an item is to the role, not about the person.
If a company needs its own evaluation tool, it can build one in the AI module builder ("Control Center" → "Modules"). Modules from third-party developers will come in later stages.
