Structural unit = employee ≠ person.

On most project presentations, I see people have a mixed understanding of these key terms....

Please have everyone understand, your product = your company. It is a resource that is made up of officials even before people are in the company.

You initially build a structure that fully describes your model, which will be a set of structural units that form the results. And only then you add people to these positions = structural units.

Understand, you are not looking for a marketer. You are looking for someone who has a set of skills (resources) that fit your position as a «marketer» and can produce the results you are looking for. It's not marketers who walk the world, it's people who have resources that fit your position. And whether or not a person's resources are exactly right, one iteration will show.

And one more truth I want to make clear to everyone. People are not resources. People are the owners of the resources that your company needs to achieve its goals. And you don't pay for the people in the company, you pay people for their resources.

The key point that we put in the product to ourselves is a system where by building a structure that describes your product = business model, you create a resource where you add people in the future and they will affect the results.

The regularity that I have understood and described is that any product is simply a set of structural units in terms of mathematics. Where 1 person can be 50 structural units. A company of 10,000 people and a company of 5 people is a single building principle, which can be described by algorithms and put into the operating system operating principles, which is what we did. And we also create a set of tools that a structural unit needs to achieve its goals in a planned way.

We have developed and tested a method of building any business, which allows us to create a universal solution for any company. And so that the position can strengthen its probability of results, we are creating something like the App Store, where any position can have an app=resource, to strengthen the probability of results. Yes, we will have our own app store and I recommend external developers to plug in at the start, because the approaches will change and the first to gather all the plums…

IOS or Android has a set of apps for basic functionality, which is enough for many people. In the same way, we've developed and are creating apps that will be enough to get you started. And also the fact that we have decoupled dependencies in the company from people. This allows for replacements without risk to the company and makes it easier and quicker to add people to a position. Due to the fact that everything is tied to the position, not the person)

Our software architect gave me a cool analogy today, in which the position is like the «Iron Man» suit. We can improve it endlessly, and the person who puts on the suit gets all its features (tools, dashboards and applications) And when the person leaves it, the suit stays attached to the company structure and belongs to the founder of the company)

Most companies today have people who are «iron men», not suits. That's why, when a person leaves the company, you lose a part of it and you have to look in the market again for «Iron Man» instead of Tony Stark, which is much easier)))

People will understand this as we release the product, because it is easier perceived in practice than in words in text. There are specialists on the market today who put an «Iron Suit» on a company with the help of various ERP systems, but it still costs insane amounts of money. Speaking of +50 000 $ because the solution is not universal because of the lack of consistency in building companies. That's exactly what we're doing. And the «Iron Man» suit will be available for 9 $ per unit on a subscription basis.
