What should I do if I was added to a company and know nothing about it?

That's normal. Start like this:

  1. Open the home page of your profile and click your role: its dashboard in vHub will open.
  2. Look at the dashboard cards: "Company Structure", "Tasks", "Instructions", "Files". Clicking a card opens the module.
  3. Review the "Company Structure": where your role is and who your manager is.

In the bottom right corner there is the "Vymex Guide", a small chat that will walk you step by step through the main screens. You can bring it back via the avatar menu → "Knowledge Base". There is also a demo company there, where you can safely try everything.

If your role has no tasks or instructions yet, your manager is probably still preparing them. You can leave a question for your manager in a task comment by mentioning their role with "@". A messenger in Vymex is planned for later stages.
