Is signing up free?

Yes. A profile is free, and you can sign up without a company. Only the company pays: daily from its balance, based on the number of employees and the amount of storage. A new company receives ₴500 in bonus funds, so at first you can try everything without paying.

A tool that helps teams deliver on a company’s basic needs at scale and without chaos — regardless of size, structure, or industry.

vHub is about simple, clear, and comfortable work inside a company.

For the first time, your company gains order not through commands and control, but through transparent, structured information embedded in each role — giving employees clarity on resources and goals from their very first day.

What vHub Offers

Role-based structure with results and KPIs
It’s always clear who is responsible for what and what results are expected.
Switch between roles without losing productivity
The team can easily shift work contexts while staying focused on outcomes.

All information is where it’s searched for. Information is distributed across roles. No losses when roles change or employees leave the company.
Onboarding and offboarding without interrupting work
Newcomers immediately step into their roles with all instructions and context. Exiting a role happens without data loss or efficiency drop.
Post vacancies from the system
Create roles in the system and publish them immediately — no external tools, registrations, payments, or delays.
Direct search for people to fit roles.
Quickly find specialists in the internal resume database or invite external candidates.
