How do I create a company?

Vymex does not register legal entities. You add to the system a company that already exists or is only being planned, and you immediately build its structure.

  1. On the home page of your profile, click "Add company".
  2. Enter the company name.
  3. Choose a head: yourself, another Vymex user (they will receive an invitation) or "Do not appoint".
  4. Confirm the creation.

You automatically receive a 100% share. The company balance will already have ₴500 in bonus funds, 50 GB of storage and 100K AI tokens for your first steps and tests.

Then you can create roles in "Company Structure", invite employees and co-owners, and plan the budget.
