How are co-owners added to a company?

A person becomes a co-owner when they receive a share of the company. This is done in vHold.

  1. On the company dashboard in vHold, open "Share management".
  2. Specify what part of your share you are transferring and choose a Vymex user.
  3. Confirm the offer with a code.

The person will see "You are offered X%" on their home page, review the "Co-ownership terms" and accept or decline the offer. Until they respond, you can cancel your offer.

There is another way, via "Share distribution" in "Corporate Settings": co-owners dilute shares by voting, a free share appears, and a separate voting offers it to a new person.

A share transfer in Vymex is an action inside the system. It is not a legal procedure and does not replace documents or agreements outside Vymex.
