What happens when the person in a role changes?

The role stays in the structure together with its tasks, instructions, files, inventory and history. The new person continues from where their predecessor left off.

How it works:

  • the manager clicks "Invite a performer to the role" — a person can be found in the Vymex system, among the team, or sent a link;
  • the person sees the vacancy with the salary plan and clicks "Ready to take the role";
  • the manager assigns them as the performer, and the previous one, if there was one, is removed from the role.

A person can also "Leave the role" themselves — they then lose access to the role. All changes are visible in the role's "Performer change history".

If the role itself is removed from the structure, its resources are handed over to another role chosen when archiving.
