How did the idea of Vymex come about?

The idea of Vymex arose in 2018, when Ruslan Yumahulov was working as a consultant on a project. That is when the understanding came: every company is a set of roles, and every role is resources, processes and metrics that can be structured through tools.

Over the next three years, the model was tested in real companies in a consulting format. It was the integration of solutions and the building of the logic of structures that became the foundation of the system.

In 2020 the model took a semi-template form, and Oleksandr Kolesnik, a teacher of olympiad mathematics at one of Ukraine's leading universities, joined the team. He helped structure the theory, describe the principles and prepare prototypes for the first stage of development in 2021.
