Can I try Vymex without creating my own company?

Yes. Register at app.vymex.com and click "Open demo" in the "Demo company" card on the home page. You will get your own copy of the Resto restaurant: in it you are a 60% owner and the CEO, and there are 20 roles, tasks, instructions, a budget and inventory. Hints will walk you through the essentials. "End demo" removes everything that was in the demo.
