What access levels exist in a company?

In Vymex, access is granted to roles, not people. The levels are the same everywhere — in "Control Center" sections, modules, the budget, files and inventory:

  • "Owner" — everything; this is how the CEO has access to all sections;
  • "Full" — everything, and can also grant access to other roles;
  • "Edit" — can change data;
  • "View" — can only see.

A managing role sees and runs the work of the roles below it in the structure. Roles alongside and above see only what they have been granted access to.
