How do login and identity confirmation work?

  • Login is by phone number and password. An SMS code is sent only at registration (to verify the number) and if you click "Forgot password?".
  • 5 wrong passwords in a row — login from this number is blocked for 15 minutes.
  • Two-factor authentication can be enabled in your profile settings: after the password, you enter a code sent to your email.
  • Important actions — changing your number, transferring a share, deleting a company, giving up a share — are confirmed with a separate code.
  • "Profile Settings" shows all login sessions (device, city), and you can end them. A session with no activity for more than a day ends automatically.

Identity verification (confirmation with documents) is planned for the next stages.
