How and where is data stored?

Vymex data is stored on servers in the European Union. If a country's law requires its users' data to be processed on its territory, we will host servers in that country for such users. All connections to the system are secured (https).

To make sure data is not lost:

  • every database change is copied to separate storage within seconds;
  • backups are made daily;
  • one more copy is kept with another provider, and for 30 days no one can delete or change it;
  • all backups are encrypted — they cannot be opened without the key.

A company's data can be exported as a single archive at any time: "Control Center" → "Storage and files" → "Data export".
