How does the company Control Center work?
The Control Center holds the company settings in vHub. It opens with the slider button on the dashboard (next to "Create module") or as the last item of the "⋯" menu in the bottom panel.
Sections:
- "Company profile": photo, contacts, address, "About the company" (only co-owners can change the name, in vHold);
- "System Settings": currency, rounding of amounts, country, work calendar, the salary change rule, "External AI";
- "Billing": balance, top-ups, AI tokens, history;
- "Access": which roles have access to which sections;
- "Storage and files": storage size and export of all company data;
- "Company employees" and "Company co-owners";
- "Modules": modules created with AI;
- "AI agents": planned for later stages.
The CEO has access to all sections. Other roles can be given a section via "Access management" with the level "View", "Edit" or "Full access" (which can also grant access to others); for example, give "Billing" to the accountant.
