What happens when a company is suspended?
Suspension "freezes" the company: it stays in the system with all its data, but changes are unavailable.
- Employees still see the company in vHub, with a warning that it has been suspended.
- The Control Center is view-only, except for topping up the balance.
- Share transfers and other changes are unavailable.
- The structure, tasks, files and history of decisions are kept.
You need it when the company is temporarily not operating, or you are deciding what to do next but do not want to lose anything. To resume work, use "Resume" in vHold, in the same way: one owner does it immediately, several co-owners by voting.
Suspension is also a required step before deletion.
