What should I do if I was added to a company by mistake?

No one can make you an employee or a co-owner without your consent: an offer appears on your home page, which you accept or decline ("Decline").

If you accepted by mistake:

  • a role in vHub — "Company Structure" → your role's card → the "⋮" menu → "Leave role";
  • a share in vHold — "Corporate Settings" → "Share distribution" → "Give up share" (confirmed with your password or a code). A sole owner cannot give up their share — they need to transfer it to another person or delete the company.

To stop such offers from strangers: "Profile Settings" → "Privacy and access". There you choose separately who sees your number, who can offer you a role and who can offer you a share: "Everyone", "Colleagues only" or "No one".
