What problem did you see in the classic company model?
The main problem is chaos instead of a system. Most companies at the start are people, chats, tools and verbal agreements with no single point of management. Everything works as long as someone "carries" it on their shoulders.
The consequences:
- knowledge is lost when people change;
- tasks are duplicated or done by the wrong people;
- files sit on personal drives;
- co-owners argue because they "agreed but didn't record it";
- everyone understands the same terms in their own way.
This is not a people problem but a flaw in a model that does not provide for structure from day one. Vymex was created so that a company launches as a system right away.
