What does Vymex give company owners?
The owner manages the company as a system rather than keeping it in their head. How a company meets its basic needs in the owner role at the start matters: mistakes here can destroy it in the future.
In vHold, the owner has:
- co-owners' shares and their transfer with "Co-ownership terms";
- decisions by voting: votes "for" must reach both the required share of capital and the required share of participants;
- the choice of the company's manager (the CEO role) and their salary;
- a Corporate Agreement — optional; by default the standard Vymex rules apply;
- company budget totals and the history of decisions and share transactions.
A sole owner makes decisions immediately, without voting.
This makes it possible to work not "in the company" but on it, bring in co-owners and a team without losing control, and take part in several companies.
