What happens if a company does not pay?
The system warns you in advance: when the balance will last 10 days or less, "Balance almost exhausted" appears in "Billing".
If the balance runs out:
- Charges continue into the negative up to a limit (usually −₴100). Nothing extra is charged for the negative balance; the debt is covered by the next top-up.
- When the limit is reached, the company switches to view-only mode: the data is visible and can be exported ("Data export" in "Storage and files"), but nothing can be changed. Top-ups are always available.
- After 90 days in view-only mode, the company is moved to the archive: only "Billing" opens. The data is kept and is restored immediately after the debt is paid.
- 365 days after switching to view-only mode, the company's data is deleted. 14 days before that, people with access to "Billing" receive a notification and an email.
Once the debt is paid, full access returns automatically. People's personal profiles are not deleted: they belong to the people, not to the company.
